Land in Greenbelt Areas
There are various types of plots that are covered within the greenbelt category including; woodland, open field, or agricultural land. Each type will be located in various areas, which will also need to be given consideration.
Land in Agricultural Areas
This type of land is generally more widely available and people would normally purchase this land to keep and look after their animals. Agricultural land falls under the Greenbelt category and is less popular of the land types normally purchase.
Land in Woodland
This also falls under the Greenbelt land category and is in much more demand than agricultural. Factors such as the location of land close to road links, proximity to towns and new developments in the local vicinity are some key factors considered for investors.
